APRON CARE

It’s important to us that our clients understand what they are purchasing from us and what the expectations are of our products. It’s impossible to outline life expectancies on every item as every environment and washing conditions are so different.

We do not offer product guarantees for naturally occurring wear and tear such as colour fading, staining, marking or fabric holes that occur from repeat and persistent rubbing.

It’s important to remember that our aprons are a ‘working garment’ so they will not stay in original pristine condition. All fabrics wear with age. Seams and edges may also fade and wear differently to the body of the apron due to seam construction, thickness and stitching.

Dyed aprons might bleed in first few washes.

Denim/Twill

Denim & twill tend to fade with time. Wash separately in warm water. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Line dry in shade. Use steam iron to remove wrinkles. Dry cleanable.

Linen

Linen tends to be fragile so handle with care. Use cold water & mild detergent for washing.Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry. Line dry in shade. Use low heat to iron. Do not dry clean.

Leather

Garments made of leather or leather reinforcements should be washed (hand-wash) using a mild washing agent in cold water and dried in room temperature, never in front of an open fire, direct sunlight or in a tumbled drier. Do not dry clean. Leather should be greased when necessary after cleaning or becoming wet.

*Any kind of digital/screen print or embroidery should not be ironed on top. Kindly deatch the straps before washing the apron in order to increase the life of metal attachments.
