1.Can we create any apron & uniform design ?

Yes ! We take pride in creating uniforms & aprons of any design, material or color. For custom apron designs and combinations, head to our CUSTOM STUDIO section or just pop us a mail at hello@inkstudiodubai.com.

2.How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

Once placed your order will be dispatched in 2-5 working days, unless its a custom order.

3.How long will a sample take ?

For custom order, a sample will take around 5-7 days to be dispatched.

4.What is the lead time on custom orders?

Once approved, a custom order will take around 10 working days. Leather aprons will take anywhere between 10-15 working days. Please read our terms & conditions for more info.

5.Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing. For more inquiries please contact us at hello@inkstudiodubai.com

6.Is there a minimum number of garments I need to order?

No, there is no minimum order requirement. For custom orders we require a minimum of 10 pieces.

7. Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

No we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

8. What payment methods and terms apply? Is my payment online secure?

We offer CREDIT/VISA payments as well as APPLE PAY methods through ZIINA. 

9. Can I have a business name/logo on my garments?

Of course ! You can use the embroidery section  to make your aprons your way with complete customization as well services like embroidery/printing/stamping of logo and other designs or just email us at hello@inkstudiodubai.com for more details on this.

10. Can you send me a sample?

Samples will only be provided for custom order and will need payment beforehand. Once approved, the cost of the sample will be exempt from the final order.

11. Can I return items?

Yes, you can return your order as long as the items meet our return conditions. You have 7 days to return your order from the date your order was received. Goods must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on customised uniforms with personalised embroidery or printing.

12. Will I need to pay freight for my return order?

Return postage cost will be at your expense, unless items are faulty at the time they were delivered. Please email us at hello@inkstudiodubai.com prior to returning to us. We cannot accept liability until items are received and have been confirmed as faulty.

13. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Once dispatched your order will take around 2-5 days to be delivered within UAE.

14. What are your freight charges?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout based on your order value. Orders below AED350 will be charged AED 20 (flat rate shipping). All orders over USD 350 will be have free shipping.

For international shipping rates differ depending upon country you are ordering from and the size of the order. Please check our shipping page for more information. INK STUDIO is not responsible for any extra custom charges and fees as per your country rules and we recommend that you contact your local customs office if you require more information.

15. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship our staff uniforms & aprons globally. For more details on it please check our shipping page or send us an email on hello@inkstudiodubai.com. Kindly note shipments sent outside of UAE are sold exclusive of tax and may be subject to import duties or sales taxes once the shipment reaches your country. INK STUDIO is not responsible for these charges and we recommend that you contact your local customs office if you require more information.

16. Will I be charged customs and import charges?

This depends on the local laws of the country you are buying from, and importing to, as well as the size of your order. Shipments sent outside of UAE are sold exclusive of any tax and may be subject to import duties or sales taxes once the shipment reaches your country.Goods can be detained in customs and fees incurred. INK STUDIO is not responsible for the taxes, custom fees or duty charges in your country. We recommend that you contact or look up your local customs office if you require more info on import duties, tax and import entries fees.

17. What currency will I be charged in?

All INK STUDIO product prices indicated and payments made on the website are in AED.

18. Do you take refund or exchange

All sales are final. We do not offer any refund on any sales, only exchange.
